EPSRC "Fundamentals of Complexity Science" Grant

A £375,000 grant has been awarded to CABDyN by the EPSRC under its “Fundamentals of Complexity Science” initiative for a three-year research project on “Modelling the temporal dynamics of social, economic and communication networks from large-scale empirical datasets.”

CABDyN Co-Director Felix Reed-Tsochas will be the Principal Investigator on this project, which starts in September 2007. Neil Johnson and Jukka-Pekka Onnela at CABDyN will be Co-Investigators on this project, which also involves an international collaboration with Albert-László Barabási (Notre Dame) and Brian Uzzi (Northwestern). CABDyN will be hiring a senior post-doc to work on this project.
